Entries expire 30 days before the start of each tournament. Please note that the teams that have registered and paid their registration fee first will be given priority when we reach the maximum number of teams in a category. Keep in mind that most of the categories are fully booked very early.
Prices do not include the optional cost of local transportation.
Parents / escorts can stay at the same hotel as the team’s mission if there is availability. Let us know about the demand and we will send you the best offer.
Lunch will be served on site. There is a professional kitchen where meals are prepared and a table-room where groups are served (self service). Lunches are light meals with pasta and salad. Meal time will be set based on the game schedule. There is provision for a longer break at lunch time
The teams take their dinner at their hotel. For the exact time of your meal you must contact the hotel.
Parents cannot have lunch with the teams. The teams will only come with their coaches for lunch. For parents / escorts there is an option for a snack at the venue or a restaurant / tavern in the village of Souroti (2km).
The teams can use the locker rooms to change and then go out to the fields where they will find their tent to leave their belongings. In the time between games they can use their tent.
In the free time between games, teams can have fun in the fun zone of the event, rest on their tent, watch some exciting games of their opponents!
During the days of the tournament tables with the results and the scores of the teams will be posted on the official website of the tournament. Updates are made after the end of each game.
